Ministry Roster is an online service that makes it easy to manage your ministry's volunteers. You'll be able to schedule events, assign team members to those events, and ensure that everyone has access to the latest schedule.
Each of your volunteers will get their own login to your private Ministry Roster site. After they've logged in, each volunteer sees a customized event calendar showing the events that they've been scheduled to support. Additionally, volunteers can add absences to their calendars, so that you'll know who's available when you're scheduling a new event.
Manage Teams
- Keep a volunteer directory that includes email, phone, and address information for all of your volunteers
- Organize volunteers by creating teams and roles that you can customize to fit your ministry
- Send an email message to an individual, a group of volunteers, an entire team, or everyone, straight from your directory
Schedule Events
- Add events to your calendar, including complex events such as weekend services that include rehearsals during the week
- Assign entire teams or individual volunteers to each event
- Attach files such as training materials, tech sheets, or song samples to your events
